The Bonnyville Health Foundation is once again hosting our annual fund raising event. On February 20, 2010, we will host the 13th annual Gala evening. The theme is "Under the Sea" and our goal this year is to raise $100,000.00 which will be used to purchase equipment for the Obstetrics/Gynecology program at the Health Centre.  The venue is the field house at the Centennial Centre and the decorating committee will transform this room so that you will dream of a Mediterranean holiday. The evening will consist of a dinner, live/silent auction and a dance. Six hundred guests are expected to participate in this event!

Tickets are on sale at a cost of $50.00 each and tables can be reserved for $400.00 by calling Ann Chislett at 780-826-8267.  We encourage you to purchase your tickets early as historically they sell out quickly. The 12th Annual Bonnyville Health Foundation Gala was held on February 21, 2009.  The theme was "African Soiree" and as usual we had a live and silent auction and an evening of dance by the Aura Band. 

With your help we were successful in raising over $125,000 toward the purchase of a new Telemetry system used during the rehabilitation of patients who have experienced a heart attack.

The Board recognizes with much gratitude the many volunteer hours contributed by a host of individuals who work so hard to make each Gala an outstanding success.
An initial estimate of profit is approximately $150,000.00 so our goal of $100,000 to purchase the x-ray equipment was attained.  Thank you one and all.

Each year the people of Bonnyville donate their time and money to do just that – to make a difference in the lives of the families of Bonnyville. With your help, we are able to fulfill our mission to enhance health care services for the people of Bonnyville and area.

Through the generosity of our donors we are able to provide funding for programs, equipment, training and education services for our facility. This funding not only enhances the quality of healthcare, but also the quality of life for the families in this area.

It is also important to know that all monies collected in Bonnyville stay in Bonnyville.
